Using nature and therapeutic human connection, we aim to integrate body and bra​in to enhance play and daily activities. We know kids can be successful with a complete set of skills. Our goal is to help build those skills to reach the success they are capable of.

About MJT

At Mountain Jay Therapy our mission is to maximize a child's abilities and a family's connection by being curious and working with the rhythms of the family. 

We provide occupational therapy for children birth to 12 in Boulder County and surrounding areas. We focus on improving skills in the areas of motor, sensory processing and executive function. We also aim to strengthen the connection within the family while working on these skills.

SERVICES OFFERED

Comprehensive Services
A Comprehensive Evaluation Includes:
An occupational therapy evaluation that addresses 
caregiver concerns in a broad evaluation. 
A written report including goals developed with caregiver's input
A caregiver consultation to discuss the evaluation results
Cost: $395

Pay-as-you-go services can be booked for any number of days per week or month. Each session is 50 minutes.
Cost: $175 per 50-minute session, billed on a session by session basis.     
Standard Package services include 8 sessions - one 50-minute session per week for 8 weeks from June 2-July 26, 2025. The following 2 weeks (July 28-Aug 9) are available for make up sessions if needed or a break for the child if not needed. This package also includes one 45 minute consultation session with the OT.  Cost: $660 per month for two months.          

Intensive package services include 16 sessions - two 50-minute sessions per week for 8 weeks ​from June 2-July 26, 2025. The following 2 weeks (July 28-Aug 9) are available for make up sessions if needed or a break for the child if not needed. Additionally you receive two 45-minute consultation sessions with the occupational therapist. The benefit of the intensive package is in the increased number of sessions which may speed up the therapeutic process. 
Cost: $1295 per month for two months. 


Focused Intensives
Our focused intensive sessions involve an abbreviated evaluation and course of treatment in a single area of concern such as picky eating, sensory exploration or self-regulation

An abbreviated evaluation will focus only on the area of concern and include the development of a focus goal. Cost is $200

Four session packages can be booked with flexibility over a period of four weeks (between June 2 and July 26). For instance, once or twice per week over the four week period or four times in a single week (M-Th). The four-session package cost is a single payment of $595. 

Eight session packages can be booked with flexibility over a period of four to eight weeks (between June 2 and July 26). For instance, once or twice per week over the eight week period. The eight-session package cost is $595 per month for two months. 

Sixteen session packages can be booked with flexibility over a period of eight weeks (June 2-July 26). For instance, once or twice per week in an eight-week period. The sixteen-session package cost is $1195 per month for two months.
